Pregnant woman receiving physiotherapy

Physiotherapist in Hong Kong
Pelvic Health & Paediatric Care

I'm a Physiotherapist currently practising at The Round Clinic in both Central and Mui Wo, Hong Kong. I am a compassionate physiotherapist with over a decade of experience guiding women, men, and children through every stage of care with empathy and expertise. I combine client-centred care with evidence-based techniques, tailoring my approach to each person’s needs. I am trained in internal examination, allowing me to provide precise, effective pelvic floor rehabilitation. I am also trained in Clinical Pilates, which I integrate into treatment programs to strengthen and restore pelvic stability, mobility, and function.

A bit about me

First and foremost I am a dedicated mom to an amazing little girl. Becoming a mother in 2016 gave me personal insight into the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and postpartum recovery. This spurred my passion to support women through these transitions, ensuring they receive the support and care they need to regain strength, function, and confidence.

My philosophy is to empower each client with knowledge, restore confidence in their bodies, and provide ongoing support for lasting recovery and wellbeing.

I have a growing focus on men’s pelvic health, supporting clients with pelvic and perineal pain, post-prostatectomy or prostatitis recovery, and erectile or sexual dysfunction. I use hands-on physiotherapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, biofeedback, and personalised exercises to achieve effective, lasting results, creating a safe space for clients to address a sensitive and often overlooked area of health.

As a Breastfeeding & Lactation Practitioner, I provide expert guidance to mothers experiencing challenges such as mastitis, latching difficulties, engorgement, low milk supply, and blocked ducts. I take a holistic approach, combining hands-on physiotherapy techniques with tailored advice to optimise breastfeeding, reduce discomfort, and support both mother and baby through this critical stage.

How can I help?

My practice provides an inclusive, sex-positive environment where all sexual identities, orientations, and relationship styles are respected without judgment. Whether you have questions about pleasure, function, or safety, I am here to provide evidence-based care in a shame-free space.

I’ve seen around 4-5 physios and none of them helped me like Julia did. In a short amount of time I learnt a lot about my injury and how to treat it.
